For our printed format, please send your information by the first week of January, March, May, July, September, November, for the Feb/Mar, Apr/May, Jun/Jul, Aug/Sept, Oct/Nov, Dec/Jan issues respectively. For online submissions, please send us your event one week prior to the event date.
